Hook Up Engineer

Job Overview: To prepare Hook Up Work package, Commissioning Procedures and Support HUC preparation works for offshore execution on SHWE Project Phase 2 Development.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Reports and assist Principal E/I Engineer on E/I related matters
- Receiving and reviewing contract documents including AFC drawings, vendor data, specification, etc. request & follow-up any outstanding items.
- Preparing site survey requirements and conducting pre-construction offshore surveys on existing facilities to verify E/I SOW and gather relevant information (from O&M) necessary for HUC.
- Reviewing 3D model, verify clash, confirm routings (Cables & Trays) and equipment locations.
- Preparing E/I Work Packs but not limited to task sheet, Material Take-Off and man-hours estimates.
- Preparing E/I Site Queries and follow-up the resolution.
- Preparing Punchlist and Punchlist clearing.
- Preparing Offshore E/I Hook-up installation & Testing procedures.
- Preparing required Tools, Consumables and Test equipment required for E/I HUC
- Preparing & ensuring that pre-fab. Items i.e E/I supports, structural members are fabricated as per latest drawings and readily available during the HUC campaign.
- Preparing offshore reports and monitoring the actual work percentage completion of each E/I daily progress.
- Preparing all necessary Test packages and Test/Acceptance sheets.
- Preparation of E/I commissioning procedures and liaise with related disciplines

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or Equal)
- Qualified Regional Engineers with suitable offshore Hook Up & Commissioning experience is a must.
- Strong Hook-up and Commissioning / Completions Management experience of large size EPIC projects coupled with good knowledge of engineering discipline
