Hotel Receptionist / Hotel Front Office Assistant
>Hotel Location : Puchong, SS2, Sri Hartamas & Bangi
>6 days week
>9/12 hours
>RM 1,200 to RM 2,000
Responsibilities:
• Provides courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Sells, registers and assigns rooms to in-coming guests and check-out departing guests based on the established procedures.
• Discuss relevant arrivals information at beginning of shift (e.g. VIPs, regular guests, groups, etc.)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least min SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Prosses own transport.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work shifts and/ or on public holidays and weekend.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
