Housekeeping Coordinators are instumental in ensuring the Housekeeping operation runs smoothly by managing Housekeeping systems, answering phones and communicating with all staff.

Responsibilities
Utilize the telephones adhering to Four Seasons standards.

Properly use the guest call log book to record and relay all requests and information handled through the desk.

Properlyuse all forms in the department ensuring they are legible and comprehendible.

Utilize the Housekeeping computer systems.

Accurately record all items retrieved by housekeeping staff in the lost and found book and ensure that the item(s) are forwarded to Security in a timely manner.

Reportany safety, security or maintenance problems immediately.

Keep the Housekeeping office neat and orderly at all times.

Ensure that keys issued are properly accounted for, likewise forNextels.

Check the desk clerk's log daily to ensure proper communication between clerks and between clerks and housekeeping management.

Expedite any guest requests as quickly as possible and notify Housekeeping management if any guest service is hampered.

Ensure there are enough copies of forms and packets for the month and to ensure completed work order tickets are discarded from the work order file.

Make imprinted VIP matches for Team Leaders as needed.

Fill out a Runner's slip each time a request is given.

Update all daily time sheets whenever a new employee starts.

Complete Inventory Vouchers for all special guest items and to complete a daily Iron and Board inventory sheet.

Assist Housekeeping management in administrative work asdirected.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

At least 1 year of Receptionist experience preferred

Type at least 30 wpm
