Details of the offer

- Preferable female candidate
- Age 21 - 40 years old
- Diploma level (however for those who have clerical and admin experience are welcome to apply)
- Salary range from RM 1500 till RM 1700
- Possess own transport
- Has basic computer knowledge
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and document.
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
- Liaise with HQ to purchase, receive and store the office supplies.
- Code and file material according to the established procedures.
- Get daily update on the Security Officers attendance from operation team
- Balance the man hour in check role
- To key in the system the attendance of Security Officer
- Monitor the new recruit and get the complete application form filled in
- Prepare Letter of Appointment
- Prepare uniform for new recruit
- Update the KDN /JPN status on weekly basis
