JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assist in the overall recruitment activities and administrative functions. - Assist in managing the implementation and compliance of the Company's HR policies and procedures. - Responsible and support the services covering HR Operations. - Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, service point, medical, claims summary and etc. REQUIREMENTS: - At least Bachelor Degree related to Human Resources or in any similar discipline. - Minimum 2 years of HR related experience and a strong knowledge in HR Management. - Must be independent or able to work under minimum supervision. -Well-versed in the statutory requirements (Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act) and prevailing HR practices and legislations -Responsible to understand and exposure to Sarawak Labour Law and statutory law (EPF & SOCSO) -Able to start immediately will be an advantage.TEGUH NIAGA ENGINEERING & SERVICES Teguh Niaga Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd is a PETRONAS-registered, Bumiputera-owned company that has been actively engaged in power and oil and gas sector in Malaysia since its incorporation under Malaysia Companies Act 1965 on 26th October 2020.
