Details of the offer

Employee Services Team is an international team responsible for the administrative and payroll management in each country.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll

- Preparing monthly payroll adjustment file
- salary related report for Finance

Employment Pass & Visa & Expatriate Management

- Facilitate on-line expatriate employment pass (Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, Social Visit Pass)

Payments

- Processing of invoices payments (staff buy-out, vendor payments, recruitment fee, medical fee & etc.)
- Liaising with Finance /Procurement on PO creation
- Working with procurement & PPOP team on new vendor registration

On-Boarding /Off- Boarding

- Prepare staff onboarding & offboarding process ( YES, GD & SILVA creation)
- Informing hiring managers and other stakeholders on start date
- Managing HR off-boarding
- Responsible on expatriates on-boarding items (bank account opening, EPF, income tax & SOCSO registration
- Arranging temporary accommodation for expatriate

Compensation & Benefits

- Staff medical enrollments and terminations
- Managing renewals of all staff insurances
- Preparation of letters – Confirmation letters, bonus & increments, salary changes and others

Talent Acquisition

- Prepare salary proposal for HRBP approval
- Preparation of Employment Letter
- Processing of necessary pre-on-boarding requirement i.e. background checks, pre-employment medical checks
- Extend Offers

Reports

- Updates of HR Organization Chart
- HR Reports for HR Operations
- HR Dashboard for Finance

Ideally skills:

- Degree required/preferred Four-year college degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent work experience at least 1 year of Human Resources/HR Shared Service experience preferably in a multinational or shared services environment

- English speaker

Soft Skills:

- Fast learner

- Problem solver, conflict solver

- Very good communication skills (Oral and written)

- Adaptability in fast pace work set-up

- Organizational skills, attention to detail

- Ability to follow policies and procedures HR
