**Responsibilities**:- Report to HR Service - Manager- Oversee payroll operations in assigned regional markets.- Manage a team of payroll officers to be responsible for complete payroll processing- Ensure that payroll is processed accurately, in compliance and in a timely manner- Assist superior to develop, implement, and review operational policies, SOPs and processes- Handle preparation of all tax obligations, including employee income tax and relevant statutory contributions- Participate in and aid in payroll system development- Provide HR services- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and educate the team on them- Manage ongoing client relationships- Respond to payroll inquiries in a professional manner- Perform any other duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience- Strong knowledge of HR - general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation- Experience in managing teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Customer service oriented.- Good in Excel is a MUST- Fluency in Cantonese and English language- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,170.00 - RM7,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
