Job Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resources field is required for this position.
-Previous experience liaising with foreign worker documentation
-Preferably Non/Junior Executives specializing in Recruitment/Admin/Payroll or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Able to commence work immediately
-Possess own transport

-Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain updated record of foreign worker documentation
-Liaising with governmental bodies to update information and documentation of foreign workers
-Liaising with external agents for management of foreign worker welfare
-Source for suitable candidates, screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
-Support and liaise with the Head of Department on manpower requisition.
-Receive job applications and record all employees’ information in the HR database accurately.
-Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
-Participate in career fairs, coordinate with various recruitment channels and build rapport with colleges/universities, government body for talent sourcing purposes.
-Manage and update hiring statistic, charts and other HR administrative reports.
-Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
-Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation.
-Counsel, educate, and train employees on disciplinary matters
-Assist in investigations on disciplinary issues and facilitate follow-up actions.
-Assist in investigating grievances or complaints from employees
-Draft official letters, such as for show cause, suspension, charge pending Domestic Inquiry, termination etc.
-Ensuring all Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings are in accordance with the rules of natural justice.
-Liaise with government agencies on labor and Industrial compliance
