Job Description Our client is looking for high driven Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer who experience in Construction of Buildings sector.Malaysia and who is playing a vital role in supporting the new development project.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing human resources support to internal and external customer, including recruitment and manpower planning payroll, compensation and benefits, recordkeeping, employee relations, training and development.
Responsible to handle the daily general administrative work. Responsibilities: Human Resources Function
Assist Human Resources Manager in performing overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising of daily activities of Human Resources Department.
Oversee the administration of company payroll and requirement, including audit and reconcile all payroll document and employees? claim.
Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counseling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and IR regulation, escalate issue to Human Resources Manager or Management as needed.
Responsible for foreign worker recruitment, including foreign worker application, work permit, passport renewal, medical renewal, insurance renewal and liaise with immigration or other government authorities.
Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly.
Review the company policy and procedure with Human Resources Manager to ensure that the company policy and procedure are in alignment with the company?s overall strategic objective.
Prepare report for all staffs of Leave Application, MC, EL, or Assent to work without inform, late to office or work place quarterly.
Prepare monthly report of the office staff time in and out of office before start work, lunch time and after work.
Administrative Function:-
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-today operation.
Provide secretarial administrative and operational duties to the department which includes correspondence, time management, typing filing, meeting arrangement and upkeep office equipment.
Coordinate the planning and smooth operational function.
To order and keep track of purchase requisition, quotation, stock control and sales administration.
Perform office administration function, including sourcing, purchasing and maintenance of office stationery, office equipment, pantry item and office premise.
General administration of the company which includes maintenance of legal document and agreement, staff welfare and security.
Administration and maintain record of company properties, such as Company car, mobile telephone, laptop, arrange renewal of road tax and vehicle insurance.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
