Hr Data Specialist

This is a challenging role in Nokia HR Connection, a shared service-like team to support Nokia Networks where HR Operations, Payroll and DataManagement (HRIS) are in one organization.

You will be working with a group of young and energetic mind alike people to support the following tasks:

- SAP /HR Core system Data Management

- Development of web scraper/crawler and create the data to an appropriate format to suitable for HR Operations and Data Analysis

- SAP script recording skills

- Understanding inHR life cycle and processes

- Understanding inHR digitalization development path

You would need to have strong personal drive and good at coping with pressure.

You will keep bestdata qualityat alltimes and alwayswork towardsour shared operational efficiency goal.

- 2-3 Years of experience in HR and IT background
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP
- In-depth knowledge of Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) preferred with 2-3 years of web application development experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C++) Python preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Macro skills

- Robotic process automation development experiences

- Web scraping/crawling experience

- Business level English communication skills

- Microsoft Power BI development is a plus
