Hr Executive (Employee Relation)

-In charge of overseeing day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties.
-In charge of recruitment (ie: job posting, filter candidates and arrange interviews and etc), onboarding and offboarding processes  -In charge of developing training and development program   -Create employee retention programs or activities  -Manage employee's affairs (ie: discipline, investigation, and grievance issues)  -In charge of promoting company in job market through various channels  -Lead and/or assist managers or team leaders in counselling sessions  -Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
