Hr Executive (Immediate Hiring)

**Job scope**:- Create Job Descriptions for various roles in the company.- Responsible for onboarding process of new employees which includes orientation training.- Access the training needs and coordinate with the company trainer for training and development for employees.- Create and maintain employee personal files.- Plan and propose employee benefits package.- Execute yearly employees' performance review process.- Operate the day-to-day operations of the department.- Ensure that employees comply with company policies.- Liaise with safety department to conduct regular drug test to all employees.- Conduct random spot checks on employees in accordance with company policy.- To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.- Monitor daily employee's attendance and act accordingly.- Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary action, termination, conflict resolution and grievance management.- Responsible and liaise with company insurance agent for Group Personal Accident claims.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.- Proven 2 years' experience in HR related roles.- Proven of 2 years' experience in recruitment and payroll.- Honest, ethical, and dependable.- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message.- Familiarity with latest employment act.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
