Your responsibilities include:Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Conduct salary reviews and participate in market surveys.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor key HR indicators such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ad-hoc:
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
