Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:2. Recruitment Process Management:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.4. Offer Management and Onboarding:- Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.5. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines.- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.6.
