looking for a Senior HR Executive, Pacific (0064DV) to make a difference!

What you will do:

- Prepare employment-related documents (i.e. hiring, contract-renewal, termination etc.) within the stipulated turn-around-time
- Coordination & administration of early career hiring (i.e. interns & graduate trainees)
- Provide support to employees in Pacific region (i.e. Australia & New Zealand) on usage of HR tools and systems via chat, phone or ticketing system
- Collaborate with Data Management team and Pacific HR Operations team on new contract issuance and data updates of employees
- Identify trends or issues pertaining to employee requests and provide information to the respective HR teams to come up with possible solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems and processes to help improve on the best-in-class service
- Participate in other departmental responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR
- Must be willing to working
on Pacific time (5.30am – 3.30pm Malaysian time)
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English - this role will require you to communicate with employees in Australia & New Zealand
- Strong collaborative team spirit is needed to succeed in this role
- IT savvy & creative individual who can think on their feet, with a strong customer-focused mindset
- A bachelor's degree (in any discipline) will be required, alongside strong communication skills (this role will require you to have constant virtual communication with stakeholders in Pacific)
- Based in Shah Alam, Selangor
