Hr Generalist

-Coordinator to implement and managing HR policies and procedures.-Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviewers, and conducting background reference checks, sourcing the candidate.-Maintaining Employee Profile hardcopy and softcopy and updating HR database.-Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.-Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.-Handle payroll administrations work i.e. checking, staff attendance monitoring, staff leave recording, payroll processing and etc.-Conducting performance evaluations such as confirmation, extension probation, yearly appraisal, ad hoc appraiser and etc.-Preparing and conduct the new joiner orientations process.-Managing employee resignation process.-Handle HR administrations jobs such as filling documents, admin task.-Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.  -Ensuring compliance with Local Labour laws and regulations -Able to perform adhoc task which is assign by Management/Superior from time to time.
