About the HR Manager Role: The key purpose of this role is to plan, administer and manage all HR matters of the company. This includes the implementation and administration policies relating to all phases of HR activities. This role requires the provision of evaluating and developing the company policies and strategies and building a strong HR structure. Key Responsibilities: Build a strong HR structure and organisational culture, in support of business functional needs and address HR-related operational issues Continuously develop, review, improve strategic and sound HR policies and procedures, and monitor its implementation and adherence Enhance employee and organisational capabilities and excellence, with appropriate and optimal resource planning, recruitment, training and development and retention of core talent Identify, propose, implement organisational changes to retain appropriate and right employee for functional needs, improve employee working relationships and staff morale Improve and maintain performance management system for an effective review process, with appropriate rewards and benefit scheme, clear identification of training needs and initiate appropriate disciplinary action Conduct data analytics, learning and development and employee activities including general affairs matters To succeed in the HR Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, enjoy working around people from all levels and possess a good understanding of business needs. You must also be able to be hands-on and manage complex projects.
