Requirements:Job Requirements: Required degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as HR manager or senior HR executive for at least 10 years.

High levels of active listening, negotiating and presenting
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices
Fluent in Mandarin (important), English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional dialects will be an advantage.Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:

Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage employee recruitment and selection processes
Support current and future business needs through workforce planning
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Help nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain and manage the compensation and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementBenefits:Remuneration Packages:

Salary: RM 7,000/month
