-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
 


-Provide counseling on policies and procedures
 


-Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
 


-Create and implement effective onboarding plans

; Requirements:-


-To have a minimum of 1 - 3 year's experience in this role


-Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers (both spoken and written).


-Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., ??/Capcut and other software) and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition is a plus.


-Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or equivalent field.


-Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


-Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.


-Experience in the FandB industry is preferred.


-Willingness to work in the Bukit Jalil area.


-Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
