Job Description Open Position: HR Specialist (MNC Company) An MNC Company is currently hiring a HR Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: ·         Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field ·         More than 3 years of pertinent experience in HR Administration, with good knowledge of HR Policies and Frameworks.
·         Facilitates efficient and effective delivery of specific processes, such as contract and data administration, by resolving complex inquiries that require advanced HR knowledge and policy interpretation skills.
·        Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance or information, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
·         Manage employee records and data, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
