Details of the offer

Responsibilities and duties : Leading the Recruitment /Hiring process for all employee level (operator, staff, engineer, supervisor, and manager) and Give excellent service for all department in hiring activity (recruitment, selection, on boarding, until placement) to meet business objectives Coordinate Training program and development, prepare competency matrix, training plan, implement and monitor training program. Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Collect and analyze the HR data such as Headcount, Absenteeism, attrition, etc. and report them to HR Manager and Regional A/P office including to implement WORKDAY system. Assist Manager in providing advice to management on all personnel development and career planning of employees. Develop and maintain Industrial Relation, Performance Management & Improvement Plan both for Salaried and Hourly employee
