We are seeking a skilled HRBP - Talent Acquisition to source top-notch candidates for Ninja Van. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates and forecasting hiring needs. You may also be required to promote Ninja Van brand with recruitment initiatives and events

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Ninja Van current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities

Plan and implement Ninja Van talent acquisition strategy
Develop and maintain Ninja Van policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Advertise vacancies on job platforms, social media and others which suitable for hiring
Source potential candidates through our Applicant Tracking System and not limiting to professional networks
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees including payroll data updates
Issuance of offer letter to selected employees.
Manages all employees required documentation via proper filing system
Counsel the candidate on benefits, salary, and environment
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Plan and conduct onboarding programmes for new joiners
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Assist HR Generalist and other HR roles personal frequently
Lead Ninja Van branding initiativesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Generate weekly / monthly updates for company’s leadership about talent acquisition initiatives
Create weekly / monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Others as & when required by the Talent Acquisition head.
Requirements

At least 3-4 years of working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition HRBP or Specialist
At least a degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevant
In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods including managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2018 will be an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
