Hse Coordinator/Sss

To deliver advice and support on the operational aspects of the Syngenta HSE strategy across the site - To ensure site teams have the necessary information and professional advice to enable them deliver HSE compliance (local and Syngenta) and appropriate mitigation and control strategies within their functional and geographic areas of accountability. - To ensure KPI, monitoring, internal audit and reporting processes are in place across the sites to provide local, business function and regional visibility of HSE performance. - To identify and signal to the HSE Manager where specialist HSE support is required - To deliver advice and support to ensure local incident investigations identify true root causes, contain sufficient detail and quality to enable timely validation when first submitted. - Support local internal and external communication networks and build working relationships to ensure that employees are involved and engaged with all aspects of HSE, and the site's Licence to Operate is protected. - Provide resource (and deliver where appropriate) for HSE training for employees in relevant aspects of HSE. - Administer the site systems, action plans and document management required to demonstrate and maintain compliance with the Syngenta HSE Management System - Promote and champion key initiatives to improve HSE performance across the siteWe are a sub-contractor providing quality, reliable work and services for clients.
