Huc Electrical & Instrument Engineer

Position : HUC Electrical & Instrument Engineer Employment : Contract Industry : Oil & Gas Location : KL Office Scope of Works: Develop all plans and procedures for commissioning of systems.
Ensure compliance with project quality procedures such as document control, change control, materials control, field inspection and testing procedures.
Lead commissioning team during commissioning/start-up.
Develop all turnover documents required for custody transfer to Operations.
Shall be responsible for Electrical and Instrument scope of work in term of workscoping, job card development, develop procedure, raise STQ, planning, project network, MTO, close-out report, etc.
Shall ensure all safety concerns are addressed in the Workpack.
Shall comply with all COMPANY Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the Workpack.
Requirement(s): Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering Minimum 6-10 years of experience.
Familiar with international electrical and instrumentation standards.
Competent in testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Familiar with design codes and standards, and oil and gas industry construction practices.
Member of BEM is preferred.
Relevant Experience Construction, hook up and commissioning of oil and gas projects.
Developing commissioning procedures Relevant experience in offshore topside maintenance and Brownfield for Topside Facilities.
