**JOB DESCRIPTION**JOB**: HUMAN RESOURCE ADMIN**Location**:M.M.B Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5, Jalan Penrissen****JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Perform Tasks assigned by the HR Manager.- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees up-to-date. (Attendance and Leave record)- Serve as point of contact with employees and employer, Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries- Perform orientations and update records (Personal files) of new staff.- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.- Assist with performance management procedures.- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)- The Standard Operating Procedures within departments are performed in a good manner.**REQUIREMENTS**:1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply2. Diploma's in human resources or related3. At Least 2 years of experience as an HR assistant.4. Effective HR administration and people management skills.5. Exposure to payroll practices.6. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.8. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.10.
