**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**Responsible to assist the Group Human Resources & Administration Manager for the day to day human resources operations and administration functions and compliances. Building a highly inclusive culture, embracing new forms of effective human capital management and ensures team members thrive to meet the organizational goals. Ensure compliance with international and national as well as the Group laws and policies.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****Human Resources**- Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of Human Resources operations- Responsible to ensure efficient and effective recruitment to meet the needs of the organization.- Responsible to provide advice and support on all aspects of human resources, including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees, and in ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and policies and procedures.- To participate in process improvement activities and plans for HR Development.- To maintain awareness of changes in employment law, government policy and emergence of best practice using this to provide strategic advice to the Management on effective use of Human Resource and all organizational development issues.- To supervise the HR & Administration Executive.- To carry out any other duties which are not specified herein as and when required as assigned by the immediate superior.**Administration**- To design, review and implement Office Administration SOPs and guidelines and ensure the enforcement of the standard practices across the organization.- Conduct overall administration activities including asset management.- To supervise the HR & Administration Executive in general administrative support to the department such as upkeep documentations, staff travel support services which include hotel booking, flight booking etc.- To coordinate and align with other departments in line with Company's strategy.- Plan and implement administrative procedures and effectively manage the day to day administrative functions.- To monitor the office environment to ensure good house - keeping and good condition of equipment and premises in accordance with an established set of guidelines/ standards and take corrective steps to ensure its enforcement.- To carry out any other duties which are not specified herein as and when required as assigned by the immediate superior.**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.- In depth knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices.- Strong stakeholder management.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 10 years (required)- Human Resources Management: 10 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (required)Application Deadline: 04/15/2024Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
