**Job Overview**:We are looking for a team member who can act as a bridge between the business and Human Resources. You will be responsible for interpreting and implementing HR strategies to meet business needs, while also considering the needs and development of employees. You will closely collaborate with various business departments and the HR team to drive the company's overall objectives and increase organizational effectiveness.**Work Location**: Remote**Language Requirement**: Must be proficient in both Chinese and English**Probation Period**: 2 months (can be converted to a full-time role earlier if performance is excellent; salary during probation is 80%)**Salary Range**: RM5,000-RM6,300**Assessment Method**: There will be performance evaluations at the end of each month, conducted by superiors and peers you interact with. The evaluation results will affect your salary and promotion.**Responsibilities**:- Communicate with senior members in the team to confirm the rationality of needs, establish more accurate talent profiles, and quickly resolve recruitment issues.- Reorganize recruitment channels, optimize the use of channels, and develop new ones.- Human resource planning, including recruitment, training, and development, etc.- Improve data or reports, establish internal data tracking mechanisms.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.- At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, including 2 years as an HRBP.- Proficient in using HR information systems (such as SAP, Workday, etc.).- Proficient in using computers and office software, with basic technical knowledge.- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with different types of clients.- Able to efficiently solve problems and be responsible in the job.- Adaptable to a remote working environment.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Human Resource: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
