Job Description HR EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Recruitment: Responsible for end to end recruitment process. Handling and deal with expatriate department (ESD).
Payroll:
Responsible for end to end payroll process, prepare payroll reports and to ensure payment within deadline for statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, and yearly form EA/E.
Training:
Prepare Yearly Training Plan, Training Analysis & Justification. Coordinates and liaises with Head of Department on TNA.
Performance Review Management:
To administer yearly KPI review and appraisal exercise.
Compensation & Benefits:
To handling the administration of compensation & benefits policies for the staffs; Group Personal Accident Coverage & Hospitalization & Surgical Coverage, staff welfare, etc
Industrial Relations:
Developing and implementing procedures and regulations, disciplinary issues, staff grievance, counselling at work place,Issuing disciplinary notices. Conduct domestic inquiry (DI).
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 9 years of experience in human resource executive level.
Proven experience as a HR Executive or relevant human resources functions.
Computer literate in Microsoft Offices and hands-on experience with HR2000 software.
Good knowledge in employment act and industrial relation act and statutory regulation in Malaysia.
Excellent organizational skills and strong communications skills.
Able to maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times.
Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
