Human Resource Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Designing compensation and benefits packages- Payroll- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them- Design compensation and benefits packages- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees- Monitor HR department's budget- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues- Manage employees' grievances- Create and run referral bonus programs- Measure employee retention and turnover rates- Oversee daily operations of the HR department**JOB REQUIREMENT**:1. Diploma or Degree in relevant field; or2. SPM / Certificate with 5 years of working experience in related field3. Computer literate4.Experience with full-cycle recruiting5.
