Job Description A. Job Description: ? Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include recruitment, IR & employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRMS and other HR related support services.
? Manage IR related matters.
? Conduct counseling and coaching when required.
? Review, update and implement HR policies, organization charts and employee handbook.
? Assist Senior Manager HR in implementation of HRMS
? Assist Senior Manager HR in streamlining HR processes.
? Develop and update HR SOPs.
? Monitor and oversee travel and medical insurance (inpatient & outpatient).
? Manages the day-to-day operations function under his/her portfolio.
? To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:
? Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
? Minimum 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
? Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills
? Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
? Have a sound knowledge of local Employment Act, Industrial Act and other HR legislations
? Computer literate (MsWord/.MsExcel/.MsPowerPoint)
? Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently
