Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Managing the recruitment of locals and foreign workers (such as Indonesians, Indians and Bangladeshis);- Liaising with government departments (such as ILMU, JTK, Immigration, PDRM) and recruitment agents;- Handling all areas of employee relations such counselling, grievance handling, taking disciplinary actions, conducting domestic inquiries, etc.;- Managing the training and development of employees while optimising the HRDC fund;- Developing and reviewing HR policies, process and procedures.**Requirements**:- Must have a bachelor's degree;- Must have seven years' experience in recruitment, with at least three years in foreign worker recruitment;- Must have five years' experience handling employees relations, in particular conducting domestic inquiries;- Very well-versed in Sarawak Labour Ordinances and case precedents;- Must have very good communication skills, both verbal and written in English;- Must be proficient in the use of MsWord, Excel, Powerpoint.
