Job Descriptions :
Responsible for thefull spectrum of HR functionsof the Group, including but not limited to recruitment & selections, training & development, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance reviews and terminations.
Strategizes, plans and reviews manpower requirementsat organisational level to support business growth of each entity in the Group
Develops, revises and recommendsHR related policies, operating procedures, workflow and processes and maintains updated organisation charts.
Identifies thelegal requirements and government reporting regulationsaffecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, reporting and records maintenance are in compliance.
Oversees the payroll management system.
Participates in establishing departmental measurements, KPI for all departments
Liaise with recruitment agency for foreign workers and oversees other related matters such as renewal of working permits, welfare, accommodation, disciplinary issues etc.
Manages the preparation and maintenance of reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the HRA Department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Requirements :
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and have at leasteight (8) years of the required experience, including at leastfive (5) years in a managerial capacity
Strongknowledge in Employment Act,Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
Proactive and possess high attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player with a high-level of integrity and commitment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess good working IT knowledge but competency in Microsoft applications and payroll management systems is a must.
Able and willing totravel to site/ plant officeslocated in Semenyih, KLIA2 & Rawang.
