Human Resource - Training & Development Executive

Job Description Job Description: Develop direct labour training programs which help employees to master relevant skills and knowledge of EMS production process;
Conduct orientation program and?internal HR related training;
Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs;
Develop competency assessment system;
Update and archive of training materials;?
Monitor and report on HRDF matters;
Reporting of monthly training progress through excel sheet (data analysis) and power point (presentation).
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Business Studies or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR/L&D experience in manufacturing industry, candidates from EMS industry is prefer;
Capable of working in a fast-paced & newly set up manufacturing plant;
Independant fast learner capable of working under pressure to meet the projects deadline;
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Englsh, and Mandarin (required for communication with China & Taiwan sites).
