Details of the offer

1. Utilize payroll software, prepare and process employee payroll, taking into account factors such as regular working hours, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the payroll system2. Maintain and update employee and payroll records, including employee personal details, pay rates, attendance, deductions, and other relevant data3. Process payroll-related activities for new hires, including setting up payroll accounts, and handle payroll processing for employees leaving the company4. Participate in the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documents - for example uniforms and hostel if needed5. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters6. Prepare reports and submissions for internal communication for example SCS reports, HRM report, uniform report, payroll report, labour charges report, OT, late and early departure report7. Implementing pay structure revision8. Oversee the administration of company payroll and statutory requirement, including audit and reconcile all payroll document and employee's claim9. Responsible for Form E and EA form11.
