Details of the offer

- Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits.
- Manage staff attendance for payroll to ensure all the payroll activities and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Coordinate the processing all necessary HR related documentation.
- Perform monthly statutory contribution.
- Conduct employee orientation and assist in recruitment activities.
- Update and maintain accurate personnel record and proper filing system.
- Assist in planning and implementing of training and development activities.
- Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function.
