The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.
This role involves handling employee records, processing payroll, monitoring attendance, coordinating training programs, and managing part-time staffing needs.
The HR Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Manage the Campaign admin matters related to part-time sourcing.
Compile and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
Monitor staff daily attendance and provide a monthly overtime report for payroll processing.
Support HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars, and onboarding of employees.
Process payroll for outsourced foreign workers and part-timers.
Perform any ad hoc tasks arranged by the superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirement & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration or a related role is an advantage.
Good understanding of HR functions, including payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and employee records management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
