-Assist the HR Manager in payroll preparation-Maintenance of employee database-Maintaining/updating leave records-Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations – SOCSO, EPF, Provision Tax, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus etc-Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management-Ensure statutory compliances for the EPF, Annual returns, labour law and record information on a timely basis. Liaise with all Government Agencies ensuring adherence to compliance-Prepare and process timely distribution of Salary slip, leave records and etc-Records, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality-Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities maintain and regularly update the master database (personal file, a personal database of each employee.-Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.-Check travel and claim expenses and record in relevant details for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts-Prepare letters such as a letter of offer, confirmation, etc-Conduct exit interviews for resigning employees and record them accordingly-Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers-Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of the people in the organization-Keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.-Coordinate with candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing-Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.-Facilitate good communication among different level of staffs.
Education: Degree in Human Resources or any related fieldExperience: 1-2 yearsKSA’s: Excel, Word, industrial relations, labour law, employment act, a full set of human resources preparation and good interpersonal skills
