Actively manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from talent sourcing to new joiner onboarding.- Arrange for New Employee Onboarding Program.- Ensures human resources policies, procedures, and programs are adhered to- Maintain good filling system and Human Resource Records for easy retrieval purposes.- Assist in training development and handle HRD claim submission.- Any other duties as per assigned by time to time.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
