Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Reports to Managing Director Assist to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesEnsure all HR policies are applied fairly and consistently to all employeesManage the recruitment and selection processOversee and manage the performance appraisal systemManage payrolls and the processesManage the HRDF levy, training grants application and claimsManage internal continuing education / training & development fundsMonitor HR metrics and databasesMonitor worker’s compensation for work place accident claimsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementResponsible for the training and development of the HR teamAny other jobs assigned Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Accountabilities :Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ human resources managerial work experiencePeople oriented and results drivenExperience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practicesPossess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, independent and a team player
