**Summary of Job**:In general, manage all human resources portfolios for the group, drawing up the human capital strategy so that it aligns with the business plan for the parent company and all subsidiaries. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, training, disciplinary, and enforcing company policies and practices.**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for the full spectrum of all HR activities, including recruitment and selection, employee performance, training & development, and other HR matters.2. To manage human resource policies and SOPs to ensure they are legislatively compliant and reflect current best practices.3. Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives and ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently administered and aligned.4. Manage a performance appraisal system to drive high-performance teams.5. Create and foster a positive work environment and motivate employees to contribute the best output.6. Works closely with the business/departmental leadership team of the businesses/departments assigned to on all human resources and its related topics, and provides HR knowledge/solutions that help the business/department solve people management issues and meet their business/departmental objectives.7. Maintains and updates relevant HR policies, rules & regulations, and handles disciplinary issues and action. Effectively handles employee inquiries and mediate during employee dispute, guides managers to take corrective and/or disciplinary actions.8. Administering employee compensation and benefits programs. This involves evaluating market trends, conducting salary surveys, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.9. Other tasks are entrusted by the management from time to time related to Human Resources matter.10.
