Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
To develop shop drawing and overlaid coordination drawing for site work execution.
To determine the client's goal and requirements of the project
To plan and organize site workers and materials usage.
To lead, coordinate and supervise on works progress and workmanship.
To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the plans and drawings, specifications, work instructions, and etc.
To ensure works meet the stipulated quality requirements.
To coordinate with the consulting team on discrepancies and detailing for problems at Project Site.
To work closely with architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers and others on determining the interior spaces and designs.
To write the report regarding the ID work progress and update to Project Manager / Project Director every week.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as set by the superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of working experiences with at least 3 years of working experience in the ID field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self ?motivated person and able to work independently.
Ability to understand Architectural, Building, and M&E Drawings.
Ability to use CAD software is a must.
Able to perform under demanding schedules.
Able to work under pressure and proficient in liaising with consultants and NSC.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
Candidate with CONQUAS experience is highly preferred.
Candidate must be willing to work at Site according to Site working hour.
