This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively to ensure our services create a positive impact on individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
Assist the Project Manager with operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Handle administrative duties, including documentation, scheduling, and data management, to support business operations.
Conduct research and assist in preparing grant applications to secure funding for mental health initiatives.
Support the preparation of proposals, including brainstorming ideas and structuring presentations to potential clients and partners.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer support, to deliver exceptional service.
Ad Hoc Tasks & Projects
Take on additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Requirements
Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to take initiative.
Passion for mental health and wellness is highly valued.
