Import Export Executive

Job Description Job Requirements: Candidate must possess Diploma level in any field.
Able to write and speak in Mandarin, in order liaise with China supplier especially on carton artwork confirmation and sticker/labelling matters.
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Need to do monthly stock take for all import products with assistant of workers.
Possess Own transport, able to travel within Klang Valley for Import documentation collection from banks or get approval from related government department in any case when the despatch is not available.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and forecast for import products; prepare export shipment documentation.
Follow up export / import documents with oversea customer or suppliers and work well with ETA and ETD time frame planning.
Liaise with a regulatory government department, FAMA, MOH, custom, forwarding agent.
Liaise with Banking officer for Import Document collection and payment method.
Coordinate with forwarding agent to make sure container clearance and delivery of all import containers is in order.
Liaise with local sales PIC for import stock planning, Kepong warehouse loading leader and Ulu yam coldroom leader and also liaise with Public coldroom staff for replenish stock delivery.
To liaise with QC/technical department for import product labeling and sticker, lab report/analysis
