Injection Molding Technician

Job Description Qualification: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Plastic Injection Molding, Engineering (Manufacturing), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in this related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): PROCESS SET UP, PROCESS TROUBLE SHOOTING, PROCESS ADJUSTMENT, MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE, KNOWLEDGE IN PLASTIC MOLDING MACHINES AND AUXILIARIES, GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN QUALITY SYSTEM IN PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING.
Specialized in Plastic Injection Molding Production.
Job Responsibilities:
Resposible for process set up, adjustment, and stability of injection molding process.
To support trouble shooting in-line, fine-tuning the process parameters to achieve the quality requirements of the product in terms of cosmetic and dimension.
Responsible for machine maintenance as well as other related tools and equipments.
To analyze the daily productivity of each molding machines and plan to achieve the customer requirements.
Responsible for process stability and ensure production meets the target output.
To ensure proper housekeeping and safety in line and all safety features to be followed during handling and operating.
