JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on Innovation Delivery Specialist to execute innovation initiatives within EPF.
This role is responsible for driving innovation management, implementing design thinking practices, and enhancing customer experience through user research and UX methodologies.
The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and refine innovation projects while ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires expertise in rapid prototyping and storytelling to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
The Innovation Delivery Specialist will also play a key role in change management, ensuring the adoption and implementation of new initiatives across the organization.
Additionally, this role will support project management activities while fostering partnerships to enhance innovation outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and implement innovation projects using Design Thinking methodology to ensure efficient and impactful delivery.
Conduct customer journey mapping and user research to identify pain points, insights, and opportunities for innovation.
Develop and iterate on rapid prototypes to validate ideas before full-scale implementation.
Apply storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate innovation outcomes to stakeholders.
Plan and execute change management initiatives by ensuring smooth adoption and transition of new innovations within the organization.
Work closely with internal and external partners to leverage resources, insights, and expertise for driving innovation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and innovation labs to foster collaboration and ideation among cross-functional teams.
Act as a key communicator, ensuring clear and effective messaging across teams, leadership, and external partners.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform innovation strategies.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Strong expertise in Innovation Management, with hands-on experience executing innovation projects and initiatives.
Proficiency in Design Thinking, with the ability to facilitate workshops, synthesize insights, and drive user-centric solutions.
Strong background in Agile Team Practices, ensuring efficient collaboration, iterative development, and adaptive problem-solving.
Experience in Customer Journey Design & Experience, mapping user touchpoints and identifying improvement areas.
Hands-on experience conducting User Research & UX methodologies to drive product and service innovation.
Skilled in Communication and Storytelling, ensuring clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to support Change Management initiatives by facilitating smooth adoption and cultural shifts toward innovation.
Experience in Rapid Prototyping, quickly testing and iterating solutions to validate ideas before full implementation.
Strong understanding of Project Management, ensuring structured execution of innovation activities.
Proficiency in Partnership Management, fostering collaboration with external stakeholders to drive innovation success.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Malaysian citizen.
Pass Malay Language, including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Government.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Engineering, Technology Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited higher learning institution.
More than 3 years of working experience in the innovation space; total working experience of more than 7 years.
