To generate an internal and external Corrective Action Report (CAR) as well as other technical reports in response to complaints from the market. - To assure the quality of the product, it requires to organise and carry out a market survey, complete with analysis of the results, and to coordinate improvements to the product in response to input from the market. - To prepare and manage technical documentations for new model which is service manuals, flat rate time (FRT) and others. - To create and routinely update a slide report regarding new market issues. - Identify critical problems and troubleshoot them accordingly. - Issue Service Bulletin regarding new service or technical information. - Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - To perform meticulously any additional duties assigned by the immediate superior.Industry Manufacturing / Production A subsidiary of DRB Hicom Berhad was established in August 1995 located in Gurun, Kedah.
