Job Description Reinvent the future of training and development by harnessing the power of technology to transform the way people learn. We are looking for a creative and impactful Instructional Learning Designer to design and develop efficient and impactful blended and online learning experiences for well-known clients.
What You?ll Do Here:
? Analyse, design, develop, and implement high-quality learning content for both online and offline modes, including, but not limited to:
? modules with engaging learning activities and content for retention and transfer
? effective supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
? assessments and decide on the criteria used to judge learner?s performance
? engaging learning journeys for learners at different career stages
? Measure and evaluate the impact of learning experience design and strategies using data metrics
? Collaborate with operations, subject matter experts and other cross-functional team members to identify training needs
? Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
? Facilitate training for soft skills and leadership which are practical and applicable
? Upskill selected staff on learning design and assessment skills in a variety of methods e.g. workshops, coaching, blended learning.
? Maintain and administrate LMS project documentation and course folders
Skills and Qualifications you?ll need:
? Excellent spoken and written English. Strong verbal and written communication skills including for analysis, focused information sharing, customisation for specific audiences
? Proven success in working with instructional design and technology
? Proven success in implementing learning strategies to fit different company needs
? Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
? Strong facilitation and learning design skills for both online and offline environments
? Strong learning content design abilities, including visual design, storyboarding, and effective instructional text
? Knowledge of Articulate 360, Microsoft Office tools and Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors LMS preferred but not mandatory).
? Is an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, result-driven, innovative, customer focused, persuasive and effective individual
? At least 3 years of related working experience
? Possesses Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in a related field
