Interior Designer

As Myra's Interior Designer, you'll be tasked with providing aesthetic and functional design solutions for our projects and Sales Galleries! Let loose your creative side with us and bring your designs to life!Responsibilities-Create and provide functional, relevant, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions for our projects.-Material and product research - collecting, comparing, and negotiating prices for materials and products.-Prepare sample boards and presentation material-Liaise with our Sales, Marketing, Property Development, and Construction teams on project progress and planning-Conduct site visits for quality checking and to schedule arrangements between suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly-Manage assigned project to completion and within the agreed timeline-Checking all work produce by team to ensure accuracy and soundness of the design.
We're looking for talents who :-Are up for creative challenges and new opportunities;-Are familiar if not an expert in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp software;-Have a great attitude, being able to both work independently and be a reliable team player;-Have a keen eye for the visually pleasant!
