This internship is intended for the summer of 2023 for 12 weeks.**Your abilities should include the following**:- A working aptitude of different types of thin film analysis techniques such as SIMS, XPS, EDS, AFM, SEM, TEM, XRR, FTIR, RBS.- Strong aptitude in unique thin film electrical evaluation methods and techniques such as capacitance and leakage measurements, dielectric relaxation, tunneling mechanism.- Analytical and insightful inferences from data sources, such as electrical and physical analysis.- Collaborating with a wide variety of people in different areas of process R&D and pilot production to effectively accomplish tasks in a timely manner.- Skillful in planning and executing effective, well-designed experiments and writing clear, concise reports documenting the results.- The ability to give and take constructive criticism from other team members and to receive and demonstrate mentoring to drive projects forward.- Taking a leading role in the project.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Flexibility to the job requirements.**Education**:MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related semiconductor manufacturing field.Graduation date should not be prior to September 2023**About Micron Technology, Inc.**Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
