Intern, Talent Acquisition

Scope of Training:

Assist with recruitment activities and coordination for Talent Acquisition team which may include the job scopes as below:

Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and send out calendar invitations to the respective Hiring Manager and/or Interviewer/s. Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in talent sourcing for active positions based on the Job Description. Obtain updates from the respective Talent Acquisition Team and update vacancies List on a weekly basis for review by the Lead Talent Acquisition. Assist to post, update or remove job advertisements from job boards, careers pages and social network. Sort incoming applications from Job Boards and update the appropriate tracking spreadsheets. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation. Consolidate the Weekly TA Report for the team. Participate in organizing recruitment drive / careers fairs. Assists ad-hoc talent acquisition initiatives and special projects, as needed.

Job Requirement:

You are currently pursuing or have completed a Degree or Master's degree in HR / Business or any field. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Able and willing to work in KYM Tower, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
